	What ? Qwav is a waveform extension to the Qt GUI application framework from Trolltech AS of Norway. It's a C++ library that provides widgets to display mono and stereo waveforms. The library is developed and tested under Linux. Windows support is planned but not implemented by now.		Where ? Qwav is an open source projects that is hosted at sourceforge.net. You can go there and download the source code.		How ? There is an API documentation which explains the classes and their methods.
